What we hold

Business facts from public registers, business websites and licensed datasets: company names, addresses, officers, and work contact details such as business email addresses and phone numbers.

Why

To let our customers contact businesses that may want their products or services, under the legitimate-interests basis. Email goes to limited companies, LLPs and PLCs by default; other business types only when the customer confirms a lawful basis. Every message says who sent it and why.

Your choices

You can opt out at any time using the link in any message. An opt-out is honoured across every customer who uses Echo. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it removed, email hello@echooutreach.app.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
